Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Portuguese law, you have the right to return any product within 14 days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide any justification.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use
Be in its original packaging, whenever possible
Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us via the email provided on the contact page, stating:

Order number
Product(s) you wish to return
Reason for return (optional)

We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions.

Refund

After we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a defective product or an error in shipping on our part.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product or refund the full amount, including shipping costs.
