Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

Mainland Portugal: 7 to 15 business days
Islands (Azores and Madeira): 10 to 20 business days
Europe: 10 to 20 business days

Times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as customs, holidays, or exceptional conditions.

Shipping Costs

Mainland Portugal: calculated at checkout according to weight and destination
Free Shipping: on orders above a certain value (see checkout)

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You can track your order using the link sent via email after dispatch.

Delays and Problems

Lost or Damaged Orders

In the event of a lost order or damaged product during transit, please contact us immediately. We will proceed with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to the customer.
